At DCCSupply, we are committed to keeping your payment devices running reliably. Every eligible product includes a standard warranty, with optional Protection Plans and Quick Swap programs available to extend coverage and minimize downtime.
Standard Warranty
(Included With Purchase)
All eligible equipment includes a One-Year Standard Warranty unless otherwise noted.
Covered Products
This warranty applies to new and refurbished:
• Terminals
• PIN Pads
• Printers
• Carrying Cases
• Spill Covers
• Third-party stands from Havis, ENS, Tailwind, SpacePole, and Vault
DCCStands brand stands are covered separately under a Limited Lifetime Warranty.
Warranty Coverage
The standard warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for 12 months from the date of purchase.
During this period, DCCSupply will repair or replace a defective unit or power supply at no charge for parts and labor.
Shipping Terms
First 30 Days
DCCSupply pays shipping both ways.
After 30 Days
Customer pays shipping and insurance to DCCSupply.
DCCSupply pays ground shipping for the return shipment.
All warranty replacements are shipped via UPS Ground.
Programming Coverage
Terminal re-encryptions, UPP loads, and Datacap loads are included for the first 6 months.
After 6 months, reprogramming costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
Coverage Limitations
Total liability is limited to the original product cost.
Devices must be plugged into a surge protector. Payment terminals are computer devices and should always be protected from power surges.
What Is Not Covered
The standard warranty and Protection Plan do not cover damage or failure resulting from:
• Electrical surge or power irregularities
• Willful misconduct, abuse, neglect, or improper use
• Physical damage including dropping, crushing, or impact
• Liquid damage or submersion in water
• Unauthorized modifications or repairs
• Loss or theft
Limited Lifetime Warranty
(DCCStands Brand Only)
All DCCStands brand stands are backed by a Limited Lifetime Warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship for the life of the product.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, modification, improper installation, or accidental damage.
Protection Plan
(Extended Coverage)
The Protection Plan extends coverage beyond the standard one-year warranty.
Eligibility
Protection Plans apply to:
• Terminals
• PIN Pads
• Printers
Protection Plans must be purchased within 21 days of the original product purchase unless otherwise stated.
Protection Plan Coverage
Coverage begins on the date of purchase.
After the Manufacturer Warranty Ends
• Malfunctions or operational failures caused by defects in materials or workmanship
Covered devices are repaired or replaced by DCCSupply and returned via UPS Ground.
Note: The Protection Plan for terminals and PIN pads does not cover accidental damage, including drops, spills, cracked screens, or liquid exposure.

Quick Swap minimizes downtime by shipping a replacement device before the defective unit is returned.
Coverage begins on the date of purchase.
DCCSupply administers all Quick Swap replacements and pays shipping both ways.
