Dejavoo Z8 / Z11 Stands

Are DCCStands compatible with both Dejavoo Z8 and Z11 terminals?

Yes. DCCStands labeled for the Dejavoo Z8 and Z11 are designed to fit both payment terminals. Each product page lists exact compatibility and available features.

Which payment terminal stands are available for the Dejavoo Z8 and Z11?

The DCCStands collection for the Dejavoo Z8 and Z11 includes swivel stands, fixed stands, wall mounts, VESA mounts, freestanding stands, drive-thru mounts, and other mounting solutions designed specifically for these payment terminals.

What's the difference between a swivel stand and a fixed stand?

A swivel stand allows the payment terminal to rotate smoothly between employees and customers, making chip insertion, tap-to-pay, PIN entry, and signature capture more convenient. A fixed stand keeps the terminal securely in one position, making it an excellent choice for checkout locations where the payment terminal always faces the customer.

What's the difference between a countertop-mounted stand and a freestanding stand?

Countertop-mounted stands provide a permanent installation by attaching securely to the countertop. Freestanding stands include a weighted round or square base plate, allowing the payment terminal to be easily repositioned while maintaining excellent stability.

Do I need to drill into my counter to install a stand?

It depends on the stand type. Countertop-mounted stands typically require secure attachment to the counter, while freestanding stands use a weighted base and do not require drilling. Wall mounts, VESA mounts, and drive-thru mounts have their own installation requirements depending on the environment.

Can I use the Dejavoo Z8 and Z11 with a wall mount or VESA mount?

Yes. Select DCCStands payment terminal stands are available as wall mounts and VESA mounting solutions, making it easy to save counter space or integrate your payment terminal with compatible POS systems, monitor arms, kiosks, and other commercial installations.

Do the stands include cable management?

Yes. Many DCCStands payment terminal stands feature integrated cable routing that keeps power and communication cables organized, protected, and out of sight.

Will the stand block chip, tap, or swipe payments?

No. DCCStands payment terminal stands are engineered to maintain full access to all Dejavoo Z8 and Z11 payment functions, including EMV chip readers, NFC contactless payments, magnetic stripe readers, ports, and other device features.

Can I move a freestanding stand to different locations?

Yes. Freestanding stands use a weighted base plate that allows the payment terminal to be repositioned without permanent countertop mounting, making them ideal for flexible checkout areas or temporary payment stations.

How easy is installation?

Most DCCStands payment terminal stands install quickly using the included mounting hardware. Depending on the model, installation may include countertop mounting, freestanding assembly, wall mounting, VESA mounting, drive-thru installation, or other secure mounting options.

Do DCCStands payment terminal stands come with a warranty?

Yes. Every DCCStands payment terminal stand is backed by our Limited Lifetime Warranty, providing long-term confidence in the quality, durability, and performance of your mounting solution.
