You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return eligible items for a refund or exchange.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

• Unused and in original condition: The item must be in the same condition in which it was received.
• Original packaging required: The product must be returned in its original packaging.
• Proof of purchase: A receipt or order confirmation is required.
• Do not return to manufacturer: Items should not be sent directly to the manufacturer.

Return Fees

• Rebox fee: A $20 reboxing fee will apply if the original box is damaged or has writing on it.
• Encryption services: Encryption services are non-refundable if encryption has already been performed on the terminal.
• Original shipping: Shipping charges from the original order are non-refundable.
• Return shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Partial Refunds

Items returned in a condition that is not original, damaged, or missing parts may be subject to a depreciation fee. The amount of the fee will be determined based on the condition of the item upon return.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact our customer service team at sales@dccsupply.com within 30 days of purchase.

  2. Provide your order number and reason for return.

  3. Wait to receive return authorization and shipping instructions.

  4. Pack the item securely in its original packaging.

  5. Ship the item to the address provided in your return authorization.

Refund Timeline

Once we receive your return, please allow 5–7 business days for inspection and processing. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days after approval.

How long do I have to return an item?

What items cannot be returned?
Items with encryption services already performed are not eligible for a refund of the encryption service. Custom-configured equipment may have additional restrictions. Please contact customer service for details.

Who pays for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returns sent without tracking.

Will I get a full refund?
Full refunds are issued for items returned in original condition with original packaging. A $20 rebox fee applies if the box is damaged or has writing on it. Items returned with missing parts or damage may be subject to depreciation fees. Original shipping charges are not refunded.

How long does it take to receive my refund?
Once we receive your return, please allow 5–7 business days for inspection and processing. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days. The total timeline is typically 10–14 business days from the date you ship the return.

Can I exchange an item instead of returning it?
Yes, exchanges are accepted within the 30-day return window. Please contact customer service to arrange an exchange. The replacement item will ship after we receive and inspect your return.

What if I received a damaged or defective item?
If you receive damaged or defective merchandise, contact customer service immediately. We will provide a prepaid return label and ship a replacement at no cost to you. Damaged items must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

Do I need the original receipt?
Yes, proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, is required for all returns and exchanges.
