Description
The Protection Plan extends coverage 2 year beyond the standard one-year warranty.
Coverage begins on the date of purchase after the Manufacturer Warranty ends.
Malfunctions or operational failures caused by defects in materials or workmanship are repaired or replaced by DCCSupply and returned via UPS Ground.
Note: The Protection Plan for terminals and PIN pads does not cover accidental damage, including drops, spills, cracked screens, or liquid exposure.
Protection Plans must be purchased within 21 days of the original product purchase unless otherwise stated.
Programming Coverage
Terminal re-encryptions, UPP loads, and Datacap loads are included for the first 6 months.
After 6 months, reprogramming costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
Shipping Policy:
First 30 Days
DCCSupply pays shipping both ways.
After 30 Days
Customer pays shipping and insurance to DCCSupply.
DCCSupply pays ground shipping for the return shipment.
All warranty replacements are shipped via UPS Ground.
