This listing is for a 1-Year Extended Warranty for DCCSupply land-based (printer) products.
All products include a standard 1-year limited warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. This extended warranty adds an additional year of coverage, extending the total warranty period to 2 years from the original purchase date.
The extended warranty includes continued protection against defects in materials and workmanship, as well as coverage for accidental damage from normal use, including drops and spills.
During the warranty period, DCCSupply will repair or replace any defective product or part at no charge. After the first 30 days, the customer is responsible for all transportation and insurance costs associated with returning the product for service.
DCCSupply’s total liability is limited to the original purchase price of the product. This warranty does not cover damage caused by electrical surges, willful misconduct, abuse, neglect, improper use, or submersion in water.
The extended warranty must be purchased within 21 days of the original product purchase.
Warranty replacements will be shipped via UPS.
