As a business leader we are used to thinking about challenges, constructing action plans to overcome them and achieve success. One of the most commonly overlooked issues is that of personal mental health and fitness. Our brains are not only the physiologic control center for our bodies, but they are also the repository of our life's memories and the instrument through which we communicate and solve complex issues. It behooves us to develops routines which alleviates stress and sharpens our minds for as long as possible.

1. Breathe in for four seconds.
2. Hold the breath for seven seconds.
3. Exhale for eight seconds.
